yes, also you can use the commands to increase the skill putting in general chat:
/skill 121
/skill 123
/skill 125
/skill 131
1 point per lvl since lvl 9, i guess.

ahh.. i didn´t understand sorry... you say increse horse lvl (medals), it doens`t work with that.

Look ALU, I ve tried to put the codes, I've tried all and the codes haven't raise my horse lvl.. I am lvl 86.. what's happening

the codes don´t increase your horse lvl, they increase minning and other, but i know the name in spanish xD if you can traslate: minería, creación de artículos, liderazgo y doma.
Put 1 code and see what increases.
Edit: you can put /ski or /skill but it`s the same xD
