HELP ME PLEASE I HAVE A BIG PROBLEMS

Yesterday i have changed my passworld of the magazine.
And today i don't get to the magazine,he speack me that the pass is wrong.BUT ISN'T REALLY!
Becouse i have used three times my magazine with the new passowlrd.
how can i do to send me back a mail for change my dates of registration?(pass of account and pass of magazine?)
