Help! Conection problems!

I'm from brazil and i want to play this server but, I'm with problems in connection and disconnects when I play, someone know what can I do to play? ç.ç

The Server is at this Time not stable. Wait until the server get better or try to conenct with an china Proxy.

And for the umpteenth times its because THERE ARE SO MANY PLAYERS OVER THE WORLD PLAYIN HERE...

yes and if they still cheating, they destroy the Server more... A People said, he would play without laggs, if he connect with an china Proxy. Maybe it's true, maybe not...

someone explain pls how-to set china proxy , in game exe or other file or progs... or?i can set proxy for my Browser , but how to do this for the game client?
